I purchased something from the Oregan Knife Shop. All I wanted was some information as to where my package was because I hadnt recieved it yet. I too encountered a VERY RUDE gentleman. To my dismay it wasnt a salesperson though. It was the owner/supervisor!!! He told me he had thousand of customers so I didnt really matter. Good luck with customer service should you decide to shop here!!!!online consumerhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02647429061298512588noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7981546955395615867.post-72270453246302162852009-02-14T13:58:00.000-08:002009-02-14T13:58:00.000-08:00My mother in law purchased axe from Oregon knife Co.and i "Could Not" be more displeased with the product and the sales person by phone.My son showed me the axe when i picked it up it seemed to be nice and unusually lite.I tried it on a tree branch out front of my house and,with fear of breaking it i only chopped with it a few times.I looked it over and noticed at the top of the head thier was a void in the fiberglas wedge,i said for the money this should be perfect.I couldnt of been more right,ten minutes later my son came in and said it broke.My mother in law and my wife and me called and spoke to a salesperson whom obviously knows nothing of the products he sells and was extremely rude.So as a consumer,I am highly displeased with the products and sales people who work for this Co,I am a craftsmen by trade and worked with many handtools this axe was "The" worst product by far ive ever used.Consumers beware!UNHAPPYCONSUMERhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/15500761021837773894noreply@blogger.com
